Team Leader - Landscape Maintenance
The qualified candidate possesses at least two years of field experience in landscape maintenance operations. Equipment expertise, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to successfully lead and train crew members are the essential requirements. Possession of a Commercial Pesticide Operator's License is necessary. Horticultural knowledge, plant identification skills and irrigation skills are also required for this role. A commitment to customer service is a must!

Team Leader - Landscape Enhancement
The qualified candidate possess at least two years of field experience in landscape construction operations. Equipment expertise, plant identification, hardscape and irrigation installation skills are required. A valid driver's license is also required, with an acceptable driving record. If you enjoy enhancing and creating landscapes in the field, this is a gratifying role.

Irrigation Service Technician
This job requires mastery in the trouble shooting, repair and adjustment of irrigation systems. Individuals filling this job must possess good bidding/estimating and customer service skills.

Seasonal Color Technician
This role assists the Seasonal Color Coordinator in the maintenance and installation of seasonal color displays in beds and containers.

Landscape Maintenance Supervisor
The candidate for the Supervisor role must have a well rounded orientation to the landscape management industry. This job requires at least three years of experience in the landscape management industry; a proven track record of managing multiple crews and a Certified Landscape Technician status. This orientation comes with experience in maintaining large scale commercial projects and in overseeing the work of others. Other requirements include; possession of a Commercial Pesticide Operator's License, supervisory experience, excellent communication skills and a strong knowledge of professional landscape management practices.

Account Manager
The Account Manager oversees a portfolio of landscape maintenance projects and serves as the initial point of contact with all clients served. A well rounded level of expertise is required of this role which include bidding/estimating and sales of landscape services, coordination of personnel, equipment and accompanying resources and reaching profitability goals and customer satisfaction standards. A Certified Landscape Professional status is preferred for this role in the organization.

Internship Opportunities at Signature Landscape Services

Signature Landscape welcomes horticulture students with a variety of internship/externship opportunities. Whether completing an entire semester or quarter, or fulfilling a short-term need, we work with students to provide a quality experience in the green industry.

Internship Requirements
Candidates must be enrolled in a horticulture program at a two or four year institution and have completed at least one year of school. All students must provide a resume and letter of recommendation from an instructor of horticulture or related area of study. We require our internship candidates to interview with us. This may occur on campus, at our facility, or at PLANET's Student Career Day Event.

Experiencing Signature Landscape Services
Our interns are given the opportunity to experience what it takes to run a landscape contracting firm. Your initial orientation introduces you to the field level of landscape maintenance & enhancement operations. You will be joining our crews in the day to day work that affords you the chance to apply your horticultural knowledge in the field. This work includes; turf management, bed work, irrigation monitoring and adjustments, enhancement projects and seasonal color installations and maintenance. Once you've gotten a good orientation to the field level of our operations, you'll spend time with our supervisors and managers, shadowing them and learning about the management side of the business.
